Quail Valley holds more than 4,000 homes across fifteen sections. Most of the early ones were finished by the end of the 1970s. Hunters Glen, near Texas Parkway, dates to 1976. Houses of that age often need new pipes and new panels, plus kitchen and bath updates.
Lake Olympia started in 1984 and holds about 1,857 homes around its lakes. Sienna sold its first homes in 1996, and builders there still add new ones today. Colony Lakes began in 1995, and Riverstone followed in 2007 on the Sugar Land border.
